Contract Type: After-purchase agreement policy
Delivery Date of Services: Delivered Delivery Time: between 10-11AM, the day of November 10th.
Exchange Agreement:

The purpose of this contract is to ensure the vendor complies to event policies.

SCOPE OF WORK - OVERVIEW:

The vendor will provide a product or service for patrons of Hype City.

When making an involvement to Hype City, we ask that you promote Hype City through your social media accounts.

Table purchases come with two tickets; one for the vendor and one extra one for whomever they please.

PRODUCT:

Throughout the event, giveaways and raffles are run every hour or according to the event itinerary. The vendor may offer product to Hype City for the purpose of giveaways.

You are expected to conduct commerce using authentic products. Customized products will be reviewed by the Hype City administrators. Vendors caught selling non-authentic items will be banned from VSC/VSG, and removed from the premises immediately.

While staff will be on premises to ensure a smooth event, HYPE CITY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OR LOSS OF ITEMS. USE YOUR EXTRA TICKET TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH COVERAGE.

It is up to the vendor to bring extra change, bags, optional forms of payment, and security measures.

TABLE INFORMATION:

ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF TABLES BETWEEN VENDORS.

If using a table, you may set your area up to a maximum of 6ft. x 30in.

With that being said, you may bring all necessary visual elements. Any oversized prop/space usage will have to be approved by Hype City.

The only strike is necessary is that in relation to the sponsor’s material. Hype City will do tables and all other strike/clean up, unless the sponsor wishes to be there to volunteer their help.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES/OTHER INFORMATION:

In addition to vending at Hype City, the vendor is expected to adhere to event instructions and logistical requirements, and act in a professional manner.

The only personnel allowed behind your table are: Authorized vendor workers (who have ticket proof related to Table Purchase), Hype City organizers, VCC Venue staff, security.

Authorized Hype City personnel are on the second to last page of the vendor deck (Bryan Miguel, Jaycy Jaminal, Zach Menace, Katie Bosley, Xavier Francis, Rhys Wong, Cole Smith, Steven Cheng, Ryley McKenzie, Hermann Puschel).

Logistical information will be provided at a later date. It is up to the vendor to adhere to these instructions or pay the necessary infringement violations if consequence is incurred in doing so.

All communication for the event is between the vendor and Hype City – the venue provider itself or any 3rd party entity are NOT to be contacted directly at any time.

The vendor is expected to adhere to all items included in this agreement, any breach of conduct will result in non-participation in the event and removal from our community groups.
